Requirements:
•At least 2-year-experience in Barista position, working experience in gourmet coffee-making is a strong asset.
•Willing to learn, with strong motivation to excel
•Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
•Strong interpersonal skills with friendly, smiley and outgoing service. Love to banter and interact with customers
•Ability to work as part of a team
•Good human relation/ personality. To be represented well as a Company Brand Ambassador
•Good communication & interpersonal skills in both Thai & English. Knowing Japanese/ French is a plus
•Ability to handle multi-tasks and high volume
•Ability to work on weekend/ shift basis
•6 days’ work a week
